Ostrich, black

You only want the best for yourself and your loved ones – but you don't want to show it off to all and sundry...
Koch & Bergfeld has developed a belt buckle made of solid sterling silver for you: weighing 140 grams, with 999.9 fine silverplating, this buckle will immediately look brilliant with jeans and formal trousers. The unisex model has been designed with a width of 3 centimetres to suit both men and women. The belt strap is screwed to the buckle. A matching ring in sterling silver is used in place of the customary leather belt loop between the two layers of the belt.
This made-to-measure belt – which can be individually engraved with monograms, coats of arms or logos – is a stylish accessory for modern people of today (whatever their sex). Equally suitable whether you are visiting a club or at work in the office – these belts emphasise the personality and high standards of the wearer.
The leather used for the belts is also hand-picked for its quality: Real ostrich leather available in three colours, from South-African breeders, lined with finest calfskin/cowhide in the same quality as used for medical leather products – therefore guaranteed free of harmful substances and offering maximum comfort. The highlight – which undoubtedly cannot be found elsewhere in Germany at the present time – belt straps made of fine, soft elephant leather as well as exotic stingray, a fish with skin as strong as that of a shark. The little pearly balls on the surface (instead of scales) give this material a unique supple feel.

The elephant leather is from South Africa's national parks and is limited in terms of sale, being purchased with a certificate from the authority responsible for these parks. Anyone buying such a belt from Koch & Bergfeld is provided with his own copy of the certification issued by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation as well as the Main Customs Office at Frankfurt Airport confirming legal import of the leather – in other words, an exciting, highly exclusive product that supports the work of the African park authorities at the same time! Orders are handled on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and are delivered in around 2 weeks.
